Hermès seeks a Transport Coordination Intern (September 2026) in Bobigny to support supply chain and logistics operations in compliance with safety and sustainability standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the organisation and management of transport operations in compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements
  • Participate in coordinating upstream and downstream logistics flows and their evolution in conjunction with internal stakeholders (business units, subsidiaries) and transport and logistics partners
  • Implement new transport schemes including new supplier routes, tour optimisation, and carrier transitions
  • Provide advisory support and assistance to After-Sales, Import/Export, Events, and Retail Planning teams
  • Manage transport incident resolution in coordination with the Insurance and Security Departments
  • Draft and update operational procedures according to evolving business needs
  • Support monitoring and tracking of performance indicators aligned with partner contracts
  • Conduct root cause analysis and monitor corrective action plans with transport partners
  • Assist in preparing and facilitating quarterly carrier quality meetings
  • Support analysis and consolidation of monthly activity reports
  • Participate in transport flow optimisation studies to reduce carbon footprint in collaboration with engineering teams
  • Support consultation coordination and tender processes within the procurement strategy
  • Assist in conducting transport partner audits in coordination with the Security Department

Qualifications

  • Degree-level education (Bac+4/5) with specialisation in transport, logistics, or related field
  • Familiarity with international commerce rules and transport regulations including Incoterms and associated documentation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent written and verbal English
  • Demonstrated interest in environmental and sustainability matters
  • Rigorous, reactive approach to work with strong client service orientation
