Hermès seeks a Transport Coordination Intern (September 2026) in Bobigny to support supply chain and logistics operations in compliance with safety and sustainability standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the organisation and management of transport operations in compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements
- Participate in coordinating upstream and downstream logistics flows and their evolution in conjunction with internal stakeholders (business units, subsidiaries) and transport and logistics partners
- Implement new transport schemes including new supplier routes, tour optimisation, and carrier transitions
- Provide advisory support and assistance to After-Sales, Import/Export, Events, and Retail Planning teams
- Manage transport incident resolution in coordination with the Insurance and Security Departments
- Draft and update operational procedures according to evolving business needs
- Support monitoring and tracking of performance indicators aligned with partner contracts
- Conduct root cause analysis and monitor corrective action plans with transport partners
- Assist in preparing and facilitating quarterly carrier quality meetings
- Support analysis and consolidation of monthly activity reports
- Participate in transport flow optimisation studies to reduce carbon footprint in collaboration with engineering teams
- Support consultation coordination and tender processes within the procurement strategy
- Assist in conducting transport partner audits in coordination with the Security Department
Qualifications
- Degree-level education (Bac+4/5) with specialisation in transport, logistics, or related field
- Familiarity with international commerce rules and transport regulations including Incoterms and associated documentation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Demonstrated interest in environmental and sustainability matters
- Rigorous, reactive approach to work with strong client service orientation
- Team collaboration skills

Experience
Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or transport operations environments through academic coursework or relevant internship experience is advantageous; however, primary qualification is academic background in transport, logistics, or commerce.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5) in transport, logistics, supply chain, commerce, or related discipline. Knowledge of international trade regulations and transport documentation (Incoterms) is expected.
