Hermès seeks a Transformation Projects & Process Manager to lead cross-functional operational initiatives in Pantin, France—driving process optimization and system implementation across manufacturing and supply chain disciplines.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect transformation and process evolution requirements from multiple operational métiers across all functional domains (Development/Industrialisation, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality/Traceability, Commercial/Sales Management, Finance, CSR); formalize need statements and prioritize requirements in collaboration with Business Leadership
  • Co-construct multi-year project roadmaps with the IT department, integrating métier-specific initiatives, Group-level projects, and continuous improvement of existing systems; identify existing solutions that can address identified needs across the organization
  • Serve as primary project lead for process transformation and tool evolution projects originating from métier initiatives or Group directives; conduct scoping studies and lead operational workshops to validate opportunities, define target processes, and identify organizational impacts
  • Pilot new tool implementations and existing system enhancements alongside the IT department; orchestrate métier testing through Key Users and identify change management and training requirements
  • Animate Key User communities on project-related change topics, manage communications, and facilitate executive-level arbitration for process convergence decisions
  • Act as primary interface for HMS métiers regarding Group ERP initiatives, relaying métier specificities, contributing to process convergence discussions, and coordinating Key User participation
  • Lead documentation efforts for critical processes; coordinate métier referents in formalizing processes and ensuring regular updates and completeness of operational procedures
  • Drive process improvement proposals, particularly for new ERP implementation; facilitate cross-functional convergence workshops with RPP counterparts and Best Practice Officers across the Group
  • Provide first-level user support (diagnostic, guidance, escalation to technical experts); track incident resolution and action plans in partnership with IT; identify training needs
  • Manage small-scale continuous improvement initiatives (less than 20 project days) in collaboration with IT, responding to operational pain points and incidents
  • Oversee training and knowledge management initiatives for Key Users, ensuring training materials remain current and training modules evolve based on operational feedback

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Approximately 10 years of project management experience in operations (development, supply chain, manufacturing, quality management, or related disciplines)
  • Demonstrated operational experience as a Key User on critical systems (ERP, PLM, APS, MES, QMS, or similar operational applications)
  • Proven ability to understand complex systems and tool functionality while maintaining end-to-end process perspective and cross-functional interactions
