Hermès — Le Pré-Saint-Gervais: Training Project Manager (6-month contract) to coordinate Campus Hermès programmes and deploy the 2027 training plan.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and animate a portfolio of Campus Hermès programmes — oversee logistics, session openings/closures and budgetary control.
- Coordinate relationships with external training organisations and freelance trainers, ensuring service quality and contractual compliance.
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of training modules and curricula; revise existing programmes to maintain relevance.
- Produce regular, accurate and actionable reporting on programme performance and participation.
- Support deployment of the Hermès Services Groupe training plan: gather training needs, contribute to construction of the 2027 skills development plan and operational roll-out.
- Administer training actions (internal and external), manage participant registrations and maintain records in Excel and the HRIS.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources or equivalent higher education.
- First professional experience in HR, ideally within Learning & Development or corporate training.
- Proven project-management capability (scheduling, budget oversight, multi-stakeholder coordination).
- Strong organisational rigour, anticipation and adaptability in a changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional listening aptitude.

Experience
Initial professional experience in human resources, preferably with hands-on exposure to training programme delivery or L&D projects.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or equivalent.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
