Hermès Paris: Training Project Manager – International & Client Experience (Perfumes). CDI, full-time. Develop training & client experience strategies across the luxury fragrance segment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging omnichannel training curricula supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns, and ambassador competency progression
- Create impactful educational tools rooted in Hermès brand identity for deployment across internal retail channels and selective distribution networks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Collections Development, Communications, Retail Design, E-Commerce, and Operational Marketing to establish coherent customer journey alignment
- Animate and support the community of regional Training Managers and facilitators, identifying local market needs and development opportunities
- Define training priorities in collaboration with regional market teams and oversee deployment of training strategies across territories
- Establish performance monitoring systems, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to evaluate retail activity impact and training effectiveness
- Facilitate internal integration seminars for Hermès International and Hermès Perfume & Beauty newcomers, embedding Hermès culture and fragrance expertise
- Co-develop and co-facilitate the international trainer seminar bringing together internal trainers and select distributor facilitators
- Conduct occasional regional seminars alongside market trainers targeting distributor facilitators and sales ambassadors
Qualifications
- 2–3 years' experience as a Training Project Manager in the Perfume & Cosmetics sector, ideally within luxury
- Proven expertise in instructional design and pedagogical engineering
- Demonstrated ability to balance creative sensitivity with structural rigour and synthesis capability
- Strong project management foundation with relational acuity, organisational discipline, and meticulous execution
- Affinity for fragrance, client-centric mindset, and product sensibility
- Energy, intellectual curiosity, and genuine passion for knowledge transfer and team development
- Open-minded, multicultural perspective with strong interpersonal listening skills
- Fluent English proficiency (written and oral) for daily professional communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated comfort with digital tools

2–3 years in training project management within the Perfume & Cosmetics sector, preferably in luxury. International experience and retail background are valued assets. The candidate should demonstrate capability in pedagogical content creation, trainer support, and large-scale training programme deployment.
