Hermès is seeking a Training Intern to support training administration and logistics, manage materials and equipment inventories, maintain training records and generate analysis reports. The role is full-time on a 6 to 9 month internship contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support training logistics and administration to facilitate training and retail operations.
- Manage stock levels of training materials and operational grooming materials.
- Maintain inventory of in-house training facilities and equipment.
- Maintain the curriculum database, training materials, schedules and records, and generate reports for training analysis.
Qualifications
- Degree holder or above in a related discipline.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Passion for fragrances, cosmetics and the Hermès universe.
- Proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Office—especially Excel—and relevant software tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize; self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Able to work full time on a 6 to 9 month internship contract.
