Hermès seeks a Training Assistant for a 6-month internship with the École des Artisans de la Vente in Paris. Support training programmes and HR operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and deployment of retail training programmes across France, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives
- Coordinate training logistics and maintain scheduling calendars, working cross-functionally with field teams and support departments
- Collect, track, and analyse participant evaluations and training feedback to inform programme refinement
- Support the development and distribution of training communications across internal channels, ensuring consistent messaging and stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to the creation of learning content and educational materials for multiple internal communication platforms
- Update and maintain training data within HR management systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of records
- Participate in administrative tracking of the annual training plan and contribute to the preparation of activity metrics and reporting dashboards
- Conduct environmental scanning of emerging training methodologies and sector partners, identifying opportunities to enhance the learner experience
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Master's-level qualification (Bac+4/5) from a business school, university, or equivalent institution
- Demonstrated strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Organised, detail-oriented approach to project coordination and multitasking
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with luxury retail, customer service, and commitment to excellence, authenticity, and knowledge transfer
