Hermès Distribution France seeks a Training & Retail Development Assistant intern in Paris for a 6-month role supporting retail training program coordination and talent development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the organization and on-site deployment of retail training programs across the Hermès Distribution France network
- Manage training calendars and oversee logistical arrangements for program delivery
- Track participant evaluations and analyze feedback to inform continuous improvement
- Develop and distribute communication materials and messaging regarding training initiatives across multiple internal channels
- Maintain administrative oversight of the training plan within HR systems and contribute to reporting and analytics

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bac +4/5 diploma from a business school, university, or equivalent program
- Demonstrated interest in retail operations and talent development and skills transmission
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with ability to collaborate across diverse teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
