Hermès, Paris — Training & Development Intern (Europe & Middle East). Six‑month internship supporting retail training deployment, logistics and HRIS administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support two training project managers in the deployment of product, culture and onboarding programs for the Europe & Middle East retail zone.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of training sessions: venue booking, invitations, training materials and external provider management.
- Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of the regional annual training calendar.
- Administer training records and participant data in the internal HRIS (SIRH): registrations, attendance sheets and session validations.
- Develop and update training reporting and dashboards to track uptake and outcomes.
- Collect and follow up on participant feedback to inform continuous improvement of content.
- Support communication and engagement for learning initiatives across internal channels, including creation of visual supports and materials for the learning community.
- Participate in community-building activities (monthly committees, good-practice sharing) and occasional animation of events.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate level Bac+3/4 (business school or equivalent).
- Excellent written and oral command of French and English.
- Highly organised, rigorous, curious and comfortable working in an international, team-oriented environment.
- Strong proficiency in Pack Office, in particular Excel.
- Interest in retail and the luxury customer experience.
- Previous professional experience or prior internships in corporate training, HR or retail is a plus.

Open to beginners; candidates without extensive professional experience are accepted. Prior internship or any corporate exposure in training, HR or retail will be considered an asset.
Education
Undergraduate degree (Bac+3/4) in business, management or equivalent.
