Hermès seeks a 6-month CSR and Training Project Coordinator internship in Pantin, France to support artisan development and sustainability initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support operational management of artisan training programs and associated reporting across multiple French manufacturing sites
- Participate in working group facilitation on topics such as training plan development and implementation
- Conduct analysis and contribute to optimization of raw material consumption in training contexts
- Manage administrative supply chain functions for artisan training materials and resources
- Lead baseline assessments on social and environmental CSR topics across manufacturing facilities, including occupational health, safety, disability integration, work organization, carbon footprint, energy consumption, and biodiversity
- Co-facilitate CSR working groups and contribute to development of operational referential documents
- Monitor and report on CSR improvement plans and related initiatives
- Support circular economy projects and sustainability strategy deployment
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Master's 1 or 2 program in business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program (RSE/Sustainability, Business, Risk Management, or related discipline)
- Strong interpersonal skills and pedagogical mindset
- Proven project management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Experience
Demonstrated experience or academic background in training program support, CSR initiatives, sustainability, risk management, or related operational functions. Experience with manufacturing or artisanal production environments is advantageous.
Education
Master's 1 or 2 enrollment in business school, engineering school, or university program specializing in CSR, Sustainability, Marketing, Internal Controls, Risk Management, or equivalent discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Pantin, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
