- Collaborate in multidisciplinary project teams (Technical Development, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Collections) to support new product development and counter‑types.
- Design and implement purchasing tools and KPIs: cost break‑downs, benchmarks, dependency rates and supplier performance scorecards.
- Manage and develop a panel of internal and external suppliers; build long‑term partnerships to secure know‑how and supply continuity.
- Assess supplier risk and capacity; coordinate performance reviews and improvement plans with key suppliers.
- Support capacity planning and workload analysis with Hermès Maison Supply Chain and other businesses.
- Drive RSE/CSR initiatives within the category: monitor supply‑chain sustainability actions (GHG reductions, water consumption, biodiversity impact) and follow supplier audit corrective plans.
- Maintain and update supplier documentation and SRM records.
