Hermès Digital is seeking a Test Lead to coordinate testing for its international e-commerce platform, deployed across 34 sites using Agile @Scale. The role leads manual and automated testing strategy, test campaigns, team planning, and QA improvement. Permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the test team from development through production deployment.
- Evolve the manual and automated testing strategy.
- Oversee acceptance testing campaigns and ensure optimal test coverage.
- Build the resources required to execute tests, including environments, equipment, and datasets.
- Lead the test team’s planning, ceremonies, resource allocation, and workload management.
- Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of QA activities.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in testing, including 3 years as a Test Lead.
- A background in e-commerce and developing expertise in user journeys.
- English proficiency, written and spoken, for exchanges with overseas subsidiaries.
- Proficiency in Agile practices, including User Stories, Product Backlog, and sprint planning.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools, JIRA (including Structure), and Confluence.
- Proficiency with the XRay campaign management tool.
- Proficiency in TDD, ATDD, BDD, and the Gherkin language.
- Initial test automation experience with Cypress and Robot Framework.
- Knowledge of e-commerce tools: order management (e.g. Magento), PIM (e.g. Akeneo), CMS (e.g. Drupal), and e-merchandising (e.g. Fredhopper).
- Knowledge of AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
