Role & Responsibilities
- Own the technical performance, availability and safety of site infrastructure and production equipment; implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for installations and processes while optimising lifecycle and operating costs.
- Lead capital projects and works‑outs (new builds, capacity extensions) and manage integration of digital solutions such as GMAO, IoT and data analytics.
- Support industrialisation of new products and processes from design through ramp‑up to series production.
- Drive continuous improvement using key indicators (TRS/OEE, availability, incident metrics) and deploy best practices and digital levers to raise efficiency.
- Line‑manage maintenance and infrastructure teams and external contractors; develop skills, promote a culture of prevention and represent the site as a member of the local executive committee.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in engineering or a technical discipline.
- Proven, substantive experience in industrial maintenance, new works and project management in a production environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deploy digital industrial tools (GMAO/CMMS, IoT, data analytics).
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills; ability to federate cross‑functional teams.
- Committed to continuous improvement and occupational safety.

Experience
Confirmed experience in industrial maintenance and execution of capital works, with a track record of managing projects and multidisciplinary teams; experience deploying digital maintenance solutions and improving equipment availability is essential.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
