Hermès (Bijouterie‑Joaillerie) in Pantin seeks a Technical Data Project Manager (6‑month contract) to oversee product technical data, tools and cross‑functional delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the governance, consolidation and validation of product technical data across interservice workflows.
- Manage the creation, maintenance and distribution of technical documentation and specifications for jewellery products.
- Coordinate cross‑functional exchanges with development, production and industrial teams to ensure data completeness and traceability.
- Ensure delivery against internal deadlines and compliance with established quality and documentation standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of data tools, processes and automation to support product definition and catalogue management.
- Monitor and report on data quality KPIs; propose and implement remediation plans where necessary.
- Support the optimisation and rollout of data management solutions feeding ERP and downstream systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) — engineering, business school with a data/project management specialization, or equivalent university degree.
- 2–5 years’ professional experience in data project management, product/technical data governance or related roles.
- Proven ability to translate functional and organisational needs into actionable project plans.
- Experience within industrial or product development environments; luxury or jewellery sector experience is a strong plus.

2–5 years managing data projects or technical data activities in an industrial or product development context; prior exposure to ERP integrations and cross‑functional stakeholder coordination. Experience in luxury goods or jewellery is advantageous.
