Hermès seeks a Team Supervisor in Milan to lead boutique sales, coach staff and elevate client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the boutique team to achieve and exceed sales targets while embodying Hermès’ brand values and service standards.
- Foster a client culture: drive client discovery, build and maintain a high-value customer portfolio and develop long-term loyalty through bespoke experiences.
- Expand sales beyond the candidate’s primary product category to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer journey in line with company procedures.
- Support after‑sales processes and act as a reliable point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of their purchase.
- Propose and implement commercial actions informed by product knowledge, market trends and customer feedback; monitor and report relevant performance indicators.
- Assist store management with objective setting, task allocation and execution of daily operational priorities.
- Observe team performance, provide regular feedback, deliver on-the-job coaching and support individual development plans.
- Create and maintain a positive team environment characterised by discipline, mutual respect and open communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in fashion or languages.
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
- Minimum six years’ retail experience with prior supervisory or team‑lead responsibility, ideally within a luxury boutique.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate, coach and develop retail teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client service orientation.
- Availability, flexibility and resilience to perform in a high‑pace retail environment.
- Passion for aesthetics, human values and a vocation for client‑centric retail.

Experience
Minimum 6 years of progressive retail experience with supervisory responsibilities, preferably in a luxury goods boutique; international exposure is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in fashion or languages.
