Hermès International is hiring a Talent Development Director for a 9-month fixed-term contract in Paris 8th arrondissement. The role oversees talent development programmes, leads talent reviews and internal mobility initiatives, develops junior project managers, and advances the skills-based approach, including Dynamic Skills in Oracle.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the Talent Development portfolio and ensure high-quality execution.
- Support and develop a team of junior project managers.
- Lead talent reviews, calibration sessions and individual development plans.
- Drive the internal mobility policy and its associated programmes.
- Contribute to deploying the skills-based approach and lead the Dynamic Skills workstream in Oracle.
- Advise and professionalize the HR expert community across the entities.
Qualifications
- Mastery of Talent Development challenges in complex, international environments.
- Combines creativity and pragmatism, confidence with data, and a collaborative mindset.
- Works effectively in matrix organizations and can engage diverse stakeholders around a shared project.
