Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deploy a coherent, Maison‑wide candidate assessment framework, defining standards, tailored methodologies and evaluation tools for diverse hiring profiles (niche specialists, creative roles, executive committees).
- Conduct in‑depth executive assessments and structured interviews for strategic hires, delivering high‑value syntheses to support hiring decisions by senior stakeholders.
- Guarantee quality, coherence and ethical use of assessment practices across Hermès Recruitment; co‑construct candidate journeys and shared operating procedures for all recruitment typologies.
- Develop and maintain evaluation referentials and success criteria to enable consistent interpretation of behavioural, potential and managerial dynamics.
- Share market trends and innovative assessment practices, train and advise recruiters to continually professionalise assessment capabilities within the organisation.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience of evaluating senior and executive profiles in‑house and/or in a consulting environment (20+ years demonstrated).
- Proven track record in recruitment and in the design and delivery of assessment programmes for senior hires.
- Strong mastery of psychometric and personality assessment instruments and their interpretation.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); professional fluency in French is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical ability with keen listening, discernment and synthesis skills; proven capacity to present clear, actionable recommendations to senior decision‑makers.
- Discretion, cultural sensitivity, intellectual curiosity and an action‑oriented mindset aligned with luxury sector standards.

Experience
Demonstrated senior experience assessing executive and senior management profiles—preferably more than 20 years in corporate and/or consulting environments—combined with substantial recruitment experience.
Education
Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in psychology, organisational behaviour, human resources, or a related discipline; professional certifications in psychometrics or executive assessment are desirable.
