Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Talent Acquisition Managers for IT & Data positions across the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, CV screening and telephone pre-qualification.
  • Execute candidate sourcing activities including direct approach (approche directe) and develop talent pipelines for technical profiles.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and recruitment events, acting as the interface between candidates, Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring managers.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment processes and maintain accurate records in the team's HRIS (SIRH).
  • Contribute to transversal team projects such as campus relations (school forums and events) and SIRH initiatives to improve candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s-level programme (Bac+5) and eligible for an apprenticeship contract (alternance).
  • Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is preferred; beginners are accepted if demonstrably motivated by recruitment.
  • Strong oral and written English proficiency to support international recruitment interactions.
  • High digital literacy, comfortable using professional social networks and standard office software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: attentive, proactive, curious and team-oriented, with a strong service mindset toward candidates and hiring teams.

Experience

Early-career level: ideally one prior internship or exposure to HR/recruitment processes. The role accepts beginners who wish to deepen their experience in technical recruitment for IT & Data.

Education

Enrolled in a Master’s programme (Bac+5) in HR, Business, Psychology, IT management or a related discipline and eligible for an apprenticeship contract.
