Role & Responsibilities
- Lead active participation in the recruitment campaign for interns and apprentices within Hermès industrial functions
- Develop and animate an internal talent pipeline through dedicated events including forums, job datings, and professional workshops
- Innovate sourcing and evaluation methodologies to optimize candidate and manager experience
- Serve as primary liaison for recruiting managers on student and early-career profiles
- Oversee structuring projects connected to recruitment to improve Hermès' attractiveness, including school partnerships and recruitment channel optimization
- Coordinate targeted initiatives in collaboration with the Employer Brand team to diversify candidate pools
- Animate partnerships with external stakeholders including educational institutions, recruitment firms, and professional associations
- Update tracking tools and harmonize practices across different departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in recruitment or human resources
- Proficiency with standard office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, HRIS, and social media platforms
- Strong service orientation, rigor, and relational sophistication
