Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and guide HR and operational stakeholders in defining and anticipating recruitment needs
- Design and deploy innovative sourcing strategies leveraging school partnerships and the Hermès employer brand
- Write compelling job postings, qualify candidates, and present targeted shortlists
- Oversee recruitment process end-to-end until successful candidate integration, ensuring HR and regulatory compliance
- Participate in careers forums, school presentations, and recruitment events to strengthen hiring pipelines
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and deliver qualitative and quantitative reporting
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
- Significant recruitment experience in a demanding, international corporate environment or executive search firm
- Strong organizational and formalization capabilities
- Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning
- Project-oriented mindset with collaborative and service-focused approach
- Maturity and pragmatism in interpersonal relationships
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, social media recruiting tools, and standard office software
- Fluent English proficiency
