Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager and three Talent Acquisition Specialists in the end-to-end management of recruitment for the Creation, Collection, Commercial and Communication pole.
- Publish job adverts across job boards and school/partner channels and manage responses.
- Screen CVs, perform telephone pre-qualifications and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Contribute actively to proactive sourcing of profiles and candidate pipelining.
- Act as an interface between candidates and hiring managers, advising and supporting managers through selection and hiring decisions.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment processes and ensure tracking and compliance within the applicant tracking system.
- Participate in transversal projects: campus and school relations, development of recruitment tools, employer-brand communications, talent pool animation and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s level education (Master 1 or Master 2) in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- First professional experience in human resources or recruitment; beginners accepted.
- Strong interest in product- and creation-led functions within fashion.
- Comfort working in project mode and within a highly collaborative team environment.
- Service-oriented, pragmatic, and relationally mature approach to stakeholder management.
- Fluent spoken and written English required.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level: first experience in HR or recruitment is desirable; beginners and students eligible for an apprenticeship contract. Practical exposure to sourcing, CV screening and interview management expected.
Education
Master’s degree (M1 or M2) in Human Resources, Business, Communication or related discipline.
