Hermès Sellier — Pantin: Talent Acquisition Manager (6‑month CDD) to recruit for Creation, Collection, Commercial and Communication teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across Creation, Collection, Commercial and Communication to define hiring needs and role profiles.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies and talent mapping to identify high‑calibre candidates.
- Write attractive, precise job adverts and manage multi-channel candidate attraction campaigns.
- Conduct structured interviews that illuminate role fit and convey Hermès’ employer proposition.
- Operate and optimise digital sourcing and applicant‑tracking tools to drive recruitment performance and candidate experience.
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience from first contact to offer and onboarding.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and best practices within the recruitment centre of expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum four years’ professional recruitment experience in executive search and/or in‑house recruitment.
- Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level profiles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, stakeholder management and client‑facing aptitude.
- Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity and strong cultural awareness; ability to represent the maison with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with industrial or creative environments is a plus.
Skills
Experience
At least 4 years’ hands‑on recruitment experience in a search firm and/or corporate environment, with a track record of filling roles at mid and senior levels; experience recruiting for creative, commercial or collection functions advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field (or demonstrable equivalent professional experience).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Pantin, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
