Hermès — Busto Garolfo, Italy: Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist (fixed-term) for the Atelier HCI HR team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment projects: partner with Line Managers to define needs, draft job descriptions and identify candidates aligned with Maison culture and Group selection policies.
  • Coordinate internal mobility and finalize transfers in compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with higher-education institutions to activate internships and structured training pathways.
  • Design and implement onboarding programmes and individual insertion plans; participate in Métier and Group induction initiatives.
  • Lead performance and development interview cycles in collaboration with Managers; analyse outcomes and ensure follow-up actions.
  • Define the annual training plan according to business and individual needs: select providers, plan interventions, monitor impact and manage the training budget.
  • Contribute to and locally implement Group HR projects in coordination with the HR Specialist and HR Director.
  • Coordinate internal communications and promote local HR initiatives to enhance engagement and employer brand.
  • Monitor and administer recruitment and training budgets, ensuring cost control and vendor management.

Qualifications

  • University degree with specialization in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in talent acquisition, learning & development or HR generalist roles.
  • Proven ability to manage HR projects end-to-end, define objectives and monitor deliverables against timelines.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and capacity to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English and/or French required.
