Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment projects: partner with Line Managers to define needs, draft job descriptions and identify candidates aligned with Maison culture and Group selection policies.
- Coordinate internal mobility and finalize transfers in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Develop and sustain relationships with higher-education institutions to activate internships and structured training pathways.
- Design and implement onboarding programmes and individual insertion plans; participate in Métier and Group induction initiatives.
- Lead performance and development interview cycles in collaboration with Managers; analyse outcomes and ensure follow-up actions.
- Define the annual training plan according to business and individual needs: select providers, plan interventions, monitor impact and manage the training budget.
- Contribute to and locally implement Group HR projects in coordination with the HR Specialist and HR Director.
- Coordinate internal communications and promote local HR initiatives to enhance engagement and employer brand.
- Monitor and administer recruitment and training budgets, ensuring cost control and vendor management.
Qualifications
- University degree with specialization in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in talent acquisition, learning & development or HR generalist roles.
- Proven ability to manage HR projects end-to-end, define objectives and monitor deliverables against timelines.
- Strong prioritisation skills and capacity to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English and/or French required.

Experience
3–5 years in recruitment and/or talent development, preferably within luxury goods, retail or manufacturing environments; experience managing HR projects and working with cross-border HR teams is advantageous.
Education
University degree with specialization in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be located in Busto Garolfo, Lombardy, Italy, with easy access to Milan.
