Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Sustainability Projects Manager in the delivery and coordination of RSE/CSR initiatives across the HTH textile network.
- Contribute to deployment of the HDDM sustainability training programme across sites and employee populations.
- Update, maintain and animate the HTH RSE commitment charter and related governance materials.
- Assist in organising internal engagement events (sustainability week, exhibitions, donation campaigns) and staff eco‑citizen activities.
- Develop communication materials and supports to promote RSE actions internally and with suppliers.
- Participate in the company’s plastics roadmap and circularity-related projects, including external colloquia and interprofessional meetings.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (logistics, development, sites) and external partners or suppliers; occasional site and supplier visits across Rhône‑Alpes.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a higher-education programme specialising in Sustainability, Sustainable Development or CSR (alternance/apprenticeship required).
- Practical knowledge of basic office IT tools and comfort producing written documents and presentations.
- Strong written communication and rédactionnelles skills in French; ability to produce clear communications for multiple audiences.
- Rigour, punctuality and attention to detail with a proactive, curious and solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfort working in the field and interacting with a broad range of professional profiles; strong interpersonal savoir‑être.

Experience
Beginners accepted; open to students and early-career candidates. Prior internships or practical experience in sustainability, CSR, or project support are an advantage but not required.
Education
Enrolled in a higher-education cycle with a specialisation in Sustainability/CSR (alternance/apprenticeship).
