Hermès Sellier — Le Pré-Saint-Gervais: Apprenticeship Sustainability Project Officer (Carbon/Climate) to support decarbonization and climate adaptation projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the definition and modelling of decarbonization trajectories for Hermès Services Groupe activities, including sector analyses (e.g. catering, facilities) and emissions-factor work.
- Conduct calculations and simulations to test reduction scenarios and feed quantitative plans of action.
- Centralise objectives, indicators and progress data; prepare reporting materials, presentations and dashboards for decision-makers.
- Organise and follow up steering committees: plan meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes and monitor action items.
- Contribute to sub-projects as required (technical studies, techno-economic analyses) and prepare consolidated reporting and syntheses.
- Support implementation of the climate-risk adaptation project: assist project leads with planning, organise follow-up committees and centralise deliverables.
- Monitor site-level progress through dashboards, follow-up actions with local stakeholders and identify site-specific blockers or needs.
- Animate collective exchanges between sites and produce communication materials (action sheets, internal newsletters) to foster knowledge-sharing and appropriation by operational teams.
- Propose and maintain pertinent KPIs (engagement rates, number of validated action plans) and consolidate site data for progress reporting.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in environmental project management, sustainable development, risk management or equivalent.
- At least one prior relevant experience (internship, alternance or academic project) focused on climate/carbon topics; beginners accepted.
- Demonstrated organisational rigour and ability to manage multiple workstreams and respect deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience drafting minutes, syntheses and presentations for varied interlocutors.
- Professional discretion and diplomacy; aptitude for facilitating cross-functional collaboration and co-construction.
