Hermès Switzerland and Central Europe seeks a sustainability intern to support the department head in deploying corporate social responsibility, ethics, environmental, and social impact initiatives. The intern will contribute to implementing the group's CSR strategy, tracking environmental, social, and governance indicators, consolidating annual CSR reporting, managing existing associative partnerships, coordinating workplace wellness initiatives, and sensitizing store and headquarters teams through training programs aligned with sustainable business practices.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of the group's CSR strategy across the Switzerland and Central Europe region
- Monitor and report on CSR indicators across environmental, social, and governance dimensions, ensuring compliance with established procedures
- Consolidate annual CSR reporting and maintain accurate documentation of sustainability metrics
- Manage existing associative partnerships and track impact indicators across subsidiary operations
- Coordinate and deliver awareness-raising and training sessions to store and headquarters teams on sustainability topics
- Support the CSR manager in collaborating with store, logistics, and human resources teams to integrate sustainable development objectives
- Coordinate and support workplace wellness initiatives within the subsidiary
Qualifications
- Master's degree student in business administration, political science, sustainable development, or related field
- Strong interest in CSR issues and the retail sector
- Demonstrated analytical capability and methodical attention to detail
- Synthesis skills and intellectual curiosity
- Proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent written and spoken French and English
