Hermès Sellier in Pantin seeks a Sustainability Data Project Assistant (Intern) for a 6‑month internship supporting compliance, BI and sustainability for silk & accessories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage data projects for sustainability and product compliance from requirements gathering through delivery, including scoping and timeline management.
- Improve and validate existing dashboards and operational reports to enhance data reliability and decision‑making.
- Design and implement BI solutions: data mapping, cleaning, automation between information systems and creation of recurring reports.
- Centralize, consolidate and analyse compliance datasets (chemical safety, customs compliance, material attestations) to safeguard product quality.
- Support sustainability objectives by mapping production and logistics flows to feed Life Cycle Assessment (ACV), carbon accounting (Bilan Carbone) and plastic‑use analyses.
- Produce internal communications and deliverables (KPIs, progress reports, regulatory calendars) to align cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering or equivalent Master’s programme (Bac+4/5) — internship level.
- Comfortable working with data and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong analytical rigour, curiosity, adaptability and ability to propose pragmatic solutions.
- Genuine interest in product materials, repairability and sustainability topics.

Experience
Open to beginners and students; prior professional experience is not required. The internship is a six‑month placement starting September 2026 and will report to the Sustainability & Regulatory lead within the Industrial Division for Silk & Fashion Accessories.
Education
Engineering degree in progress (equivalent Bac+4/5) — school or university.
