Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Group’s CSR performance management system: maintain dashboards, contribute to KPI tracking, prepare internal reporting and data analysis.
- Assist with monitoring and consolidation of entity-level CSR roadmaps; prepare materials for performance reviews and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring tools, processes and methodologies (data quality, reporting templates, Power BI dashboards).
- Produce content for internal communication channels (intranet news, articles, posts) and coordinate with Group Communications.
- Help conceive and animate internal sustainability events (workshops, conferences, CSR days) and support the RSE network animation.
- Provide operational support for community, territorial responsibility and corporate citizenship projects: formalise local initiatives, track progress and support their internal valorisation.
- Co‑pilot an academic project with Sciences Po students: coordinate stakeholders, provide methodological guidance, organise milestone reviews and prepare final deliverables.
- Perform general project support within the Sustainability Department under the supervision of a project manager and the deputy director, handling confidential subjects with discretion.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in higher education (Master 2 level preferred) — business school, sustainability, public policy or equivalent.
- Eligible for an apprenticeship (alternance) contract; available to start September 2026 for a 12‑month placement.
- Strong written and spoken French and English proficiency.
- Solid understanding of CSR/RSE issues and ability to approach topics from human, technical, financial and communications perspectives.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI; confident handling and analysing quantitative data with rigour.
- Excellent organisational skills, autonomy, reliability and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset, synthesis skills and a positive, pragmatic attitude.
Skills
Experience
Beginners accepted; a first internship or experience in transversal sustainability project management is an advantage. The role is suited to a student with prior exposure to CSR, reporting or cross‑functional projects.
Education
Master's degree in progress (Master 2 preferred) — business school, sustainability, public policy, or equivalent.
