Role & Responsibilities
- Support operational deployment of the Group’s climate transition plan: monitor implementation across métiers and subsidiaries, prepare and participate in internal decarbonization follow-up committees, and contribute to adaptation analyses, awareness-raising and pilot projects.
- Contribute to structuring the Group circular economy roadmap: assist in drafting the master plan, consolidate inputs from business units, perform benchmarking and methodological studies, and track progress.
- Support non-financial reporting and external communications on Climate and Circular Economy: prepare sections of the sustainability report and contribute to responses for rating agencies and sector surveys.
- Participate in governance and network activities: contribute to internal and thematic committees, support the Sustainable Development Conference with Retail subsidiaries, and help animate the Group network of sustainability ambassadors.
- Perform quantitative data collection and analysis, prepare documentation and presentations, and coordinate across multiple projects and stakeholders under the supervision of a project manager and the deputy director.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher-education programme (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, CSR, or equivalent, eligible for an apprenticeship/alternance contract.
- Solid knowledge of CSR/sustainability principles, with the ability to consider human, technical, financial and communication dimensions of projects.
- Excellent written and spoken French and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and capacity to manipulate quantitative data with rigour.
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy, attention to detail, ability to synthesize information and manage multiple concurrent tasks; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

No prior professional experience required; beginners accepted. Prior experience or involvement in cross‑functional sustainability or project management work is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant higher-education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, CSR or related field; eligible for a 12‑month apprenticeship/alternance.
