Hermès International — Sustainability & ESG Reporting Apprentice in Paris (12‑month apprenticeship starting Sept 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support preparation and structuring of the Group sustainability report and contribute to CSRD-related deliverables.
- Consolidate and formalise qualitative and quantitative non‑financial (ESG) data across Group entities.
- Monitor regulatory evolutions and support dissemination of updates (translations, conference follow-ups).
- Contribute to the design, updating and deployment of sustainability training materials for the Group’s “Sustainability Academy”, in classroom and e‑learning formats.
- Support internal awareness and communication initiatives (infographics, benchmarks, presentation materials).
- Assist retail entities with RSE monitoring: update dashboards, liaise with sustainability correspondents and animate the network of sustainability ambassadors.
- Prepare meetings and regional Sustainable Development seminars and produce analytical notes, benchmarks and presentation packs.
- Work cross‑functionally with headquarters teams and international subsidiaries while maintaining confidentiality on sensitive matters.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a higher education programme (business school, engineering school, university or specialised sustainability/environmental studies).
- Available for a 12‑month apprenticeship beginning September 2026; candidates must be eligible for an apprenticeship contract.
- Strong written and spoken French and English proficiency.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest and basic knowledge of ESG frameworks and regulatory standards (CSRD).
- Analytical rigour, ability to handle and interpret numerical data, and strong organisational skills.
- Capacity to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously and interact with diverse internal stakeholders.

Beginners accepted; a first internship or practical experience in sustainability, non‑financial reporting or cross‑functional project coordination is appreciated.
