Hermès Sellier — Pantin: Contract Supply Chain Tools & Processes Project Manager to lead APS transformation and planner community (12‑month, full‑time).
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute as a core member of the OPH‑MS planning transformation project: participate in design workshops, functional definition, testing and deployment phases.
- Facilitate cross‑functional workshops with operational stakeholders to identify process and tool improvement needs for medium‑to‑long term production planning.
- Define and formalise functional requirements for DSI and third‑party vendors; maintain traceability of requirements and test cases.
- Collaborate closely with IT project leads and the Data team to ensure master data and transactional data readiness for the new APS ecosystem.
- Drive the community of planners (HMS and ADM‑IDO), deliver training curricula, onboard new users and act as first‑line change agent.
- Map and validate target data models for APS, and support master‑data reconciliation and governance activities.
- Support development and acceptance testing of new planning tools (SWB replacement and associated solutions) and follow tool roll‑out.
- Document and update training materials, provide user support (diagnosis, coaching, training) and maintain operational continuity.
- Coordinate planning processes with external partners (façonniers) and ensure alignment of internal planning with subcontracted finishing and semi‑finished flows.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 2–4 years' professional experience in supply chain with demonstrated exposure to production planning and/or procurement (requisition specifies minimum 3 years).
- Proven experience in project delivery and as a Key User on IT development projects.
- Familiarity with ERP and supply applications; practical experience with APS solutions is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of project lifecycle and ability to liaise effectively with IT teams; APICS certification is a plus.

Practical background of 2–4 years in supply chain operations—ideally in production planning or procurement—with hands‑on experience as a key user on IT/ERP/APS projects and exposure to testing, training and change management.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent higher education diploma.
