Role & Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and corresponding Fabrication and Procurement contacts
- Analyze, allocate, and track supply of materials and components from control centers and the logistics warehouse to ensure smooth production starts with partner facilities
- Update and monitor delivery schedules in collaboration with external partners and the scheduling team
- Track and coordinate product reception anomalies with the logistics service provider
- Track and coordinate billing anomalies with the Finance Department
- Develop coordination and reporting tools
- Contribute to production-related projects as assigned based on profile and aptitude
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bac +4 or Bac +5 diploma (Master's level in France)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interest in production management or supply chain operations
- Affinity for IT tools and software platforms
