Role & Responsibilities
- Conceive, plan and deliver cross‑functional supply chain projects (logistics, regulatory traceability, industrial optimisation) from feasibility to deployment.
- Lead multi‑stakeholder initiatives and coordinate with métiers, operations, procurement, transport partners and IT functions.
- Map inventories and warehouse organisation, analyse material flows and storage practices, and define sizing, equipment and staffing prerequisites for centralised sites.
- Analyse transport flows and carrier contracts to identify cost, service and contractual optimisation opportunities.
- Define and deploy regulatory traceability processes (certificates of provenance, documentary proofs) to ensure continuity of supply to impacted markets.
- Develop medium‑ and long‑term industrial and commercial plans (PIC / S&OP) and harmonise supplier solicitations across métiers.
- Contribute to ERP change programs and related data and process migration activities.
- Produce clear deliverables (business cases, process maps, requirements, KPIs) and drive implementation with operational follow‑through.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent higher education (École d'ingénieurs or comparable).
- Proven experience in supply chain or continuous improvement within a demanding industrial environment.
- Strong project management experience, including leading cross‑functional, transversal programs.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
