Hermès Manufacture de Métaux seeks Supply Chain Project Manager in Fontenay-sous-Bois. Lead demand planning and ERP transformation across France and Portugal.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee monthly collection of internal customer forecasts to establish capacity planning and budgets; calculate demand reliability and lead operational routines to enhance forecast accuracy
  • Drive supply chain practice harmonization between headquarters and production sites; implement actions to standardize best practices across internal customers and HMM entities
  • Identify and execute initiatives to improve order placement efficiency and confirmation processes between internal customers and HMM production facilities
  • Serve as primary liaison between production sites, HMM headquarters teams, and internal customers; ensure transparent communication and tracking of operational actions
  • Manage high-stakes coordination routines with Portuguese operations, including reporting and KPI distribution
  • Oversee data analytics using business intelligence tools and guide poles and trades toward continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain supply chain performance indicators in collaboration with management
  • Actively contribute to design workshops for the new M3 Cloud ERP system (VULCAIN project) within the supply chain scope
  • Ensure continuity of BI tools and Excel systems post-migration to the M3 platform
  • Monitor security stock projects and deliver problem-solving proposals to operational teams

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent Bac+5 qualification in Supply Chain specialization or engineering discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of successful experience in supply chain functions within industrial production environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain process management from customer demand through procurement (S&OP, production planning, capacity-load analysis, supplier management)
  • Proven ability to manage new product introduction in coordination with development departments
  • Natural leadership qualities with track record of coaching and challenging functional teams to enhance industrial performance
  • Proficiency with business intelligence and ERP systems
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to organizational change
