Hermès Europe seeks Supply Chain Project Manager to lead logistics consolidation across four European countries; based in Vémars, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the logistics transfer programme across four European countries to the Vémars centralised distribution platform
- Define and articulate project requirements across logistics, transport, IT infrastructure, and corporate social responsibility domains
- Manage stakeholder coordination across internal teams and external partners throughout project lifecycle
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and training programmes during new platform launches
- Identify and propose continuous improvements to product flow optimisation and expand the strategic roadmap
- Collaborate with France and Group-level teams on new service deployment initiatives
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional logistics and supply chain projects
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Fluent in English with capacity to interact across multinational stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility and sustainability frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in demanding environments
