This internship, commencing January 2027 at the Paris 8th arrondissement headquarters, offers an opportunity to work within the Operations Direction's Supply Chain Department under the Performance Manager. The intern will collaborate closely with supply chain stakeholders across the network, supporting process mapping, formalization, continuous improvement initiatives, and group transformation projects. Core responsibilities include managing retail supply chain guidelines and processes, developing quality management system tools and monitoring frameworks, and animating the quality community through best practice sharing and stakeholder engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze existing supply chain processes from network stakeholders, categorizing and mapping documentation across all domains
- Participate in defining target processes with operational teams and formalize process documentation
- Support the Quality Management System project in collaboration with the steering committee
- Propose improvements for performance monitoring tools and construct tracking systems and supporting materials as needed
- Structure and implement a quality community engagement mechanism, identifying stakeholder needs and expectations
- Create communication tools and resources that facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across the network
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program or final year of engineering school
- Demonstrated maturity from at least one substantial supply chain internship experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
- Strong alignment with the luxury goods sector and the maison's values
- Ability to work with rigor, organization, and reliability in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
