Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze existing supply chain processes from network stakeholders, categorizing and mapping documentation across all domains
- Participate in defining target processes with operational teams and formalize process documentation
- Support the Quality Management System project in collaboration with the steering committee
- Propose improvements for performance monitoring tools and construct tracking systems and supporting materials as needed
- Structure and implement a quality community engagement mechanism, identifying stakeholder needs and expectations
- Create communication tools and resources that facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across the network
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program or final year of engineering school
- Demonstrated maturity from at least one substantial supply chain internship experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
- Strong alignment with the luxury goods sector and the maison's values
- Ability to work with rigor, organization, and reliability in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
