Hermès Bobigny: Supply Chain Project Coordinator internship supporting project managers in organizational and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support project managers through all project phases, including workshop planning, schedule synchronization, alert management, and performance tracking
- Prepare and propose monitoring tools, progress reports, and operational procedures in collaboration with project leads
- Participate in working sessions including brainstorming workshops, project scoping, and progress reviews
- Propose solutions to project-related challenges and serve as a change management facilitator
- Coordinate project progress communications with the communication team, producing supporting materials in Canva, PowerPoint, and video formats
- Maintain and update the project management toolkit for project managers and Supply Chain teams
- Organize monthly internal and quarterly divisional coordination meetings
- Develop and implement the service project roadmap
- Ensure project documentation consistency, including project sheets, steering committees, and steering dashboards
- Create and guarantee the use of standardized templates across the division
- Serve as the referent for Lean Office initiatives within the service
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a French engineering school or business school program
- Previous work experience in a professional environment
- Strong analytical and functional capabilities with interest in information systems and operational flows
- Ability to understand strategic objectives and support organizational change
- Proficiency with basic IT tools and English language
- Knowledge of ERP, WMS, CRM, or business workflow systems is a plus

Previous internship or professional work experience in a business environment, preferably with exposure to supply chain, logistics, or project management functions.
Education
Currently enrolled in an engineering school or business school program in France.
