Hermès Supply Chain Project Assistant internship in Paris. Six-month role supporting group supply chain coordination, mapping, and training programme development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Interact with group entities to update and deepen supply chain mapping, including key metrics, procurement and sourcing filières, industrial process management, distribution chain, environmental and circularity considerations, and human resources data
- Participate actively in the project committee for development of the Group Supply Chain training programme, including pedagogical framework elaboration and content research
- Author theoretical and proprietary Hermès content for training materials and develop educational activities and serious games
- Coordinate supply chain training sessions and programmes across the organisation
- Conduct quantitative analyses within ongoing supply chain projects to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate closely with supply chain teams across all Hermès Group entities and coordinate between crafts, central logistics, customer services, and retail supply functions
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or grande école commerce diploma (Bac +5) with strong interest in industrial environments
- First project management experience gained through internships, ideally in consulting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Specialisation in Industrial Engineering and/or Supply Chain (preferred)
