Hermès Manufacture de Métaux seeks Supply Chain Project Assistant Intern in Fontenay sous Bois, France to support ERP migration and supply chain optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain business intelligence reports in Power BI with associated operational procedures
- Provide technical support during ERP migration from TOP SOLID to M3 Cloud, performing system coherence audits between ERP Pôle, ERP VDF, and Hermès supplier portal
- Support the 4-member customer service team (SRC) with order entry, complaint management, and system issue resolution
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to prevent recurring system anomalies across production sites
- Manage multi-faceted supply chain projects with competing priorities and tight implementation timelines
Qualifications
- First-level specialized training in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Experience or familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems (ERP TOP SOLID, M3 Cloud, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to work autonomously and propose solutions in dynamic environments
- Strong team coordination and communication competencies

Experience
Practical experience or academic exposure to supply chain operations, ERP systems, or business intelligence tools preferred; demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with short delivery windows.
Education
Specialized training or degree program in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations management preferred.
