Hermès Manufacture de Métaux seeks a Supply Chain Project Assistant intern in Champigny-sur-Marne to support ERP migration and BI operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Business Intelligence reports using Power BI, including documentation of operating procedures
- Update and enhance existing dashboards to support operational decision-making
- Provide technical support to the supply chain relations team during ERP system migration by performing data coherence checks across multiple systems (ERP Pôle, ERP VDF, Hermès Supplier Portal)
- Support the customer service team with order entry, claims processing, and system anomaly resolution
- Develop action plans to prevent recurring system issues and operational bottlenecks
- Assist in monitoring service level metrics (correct item delivery at optimal lead times) across manufacturing entities
Qualifications
- Specialized training or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems (ERP TS, ERP M3 Cloud, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure complex information and identify root causes
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with tight deadlines

Beginners accepted. Any prior exposure to supply chain operations, warehouse management, or ERP systems is advantageous but not required.
Education
First-year specialized training or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field strongly preferred.
