Hermès Sellier in Bobigny seeks a Supply Chain Project Assistant (apprenticeship) to support project managers and drive supply‑chain initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support project managers across project phases: plan workshops, synchronize schedules, raise alerts and propose tracking tools and reporting formats.
- Monitor project progress and quality indicators; co‑author standard operating procedures and simplify stakeholder communications.
- Participate in working sessions (brainstorming, scoping, progress) and contribute practical solutions to addressed issues.
- Coordinate project communications with the communications cell, preparing materials using Canva, PowerPoint or short video formats.
- Maintain and animate project practices: update the project toolkit, create and enforce division templates and documentation (Project Sheets, Steering Committees).
- Set up the projects roadmap and plan monthly internal and quarterly divisional meetings.
- Act as the reference for Lean office initiatives within the service and support implementation of process improvements.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering school or business school (alternance/apprenticeship track).
- First professional experience or internships in a business environment; beginners accepted.
- Analytical mindset with interest in information systems and supply‑chain flows.
- Ability to understand strategic issues and accompany organizational change.
- Capacity to manage multiple, distinct topics and to work in a project mode with international stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability to varied interlocutors and a commercial sensibility.
- Rigorous, autonomous, organized and proactive.
