Beyrand Supply Chain Procurement Specialist (Maternity Cover), Saint-Just-le-Martel, France – Fixed-term position in luxury decoration manufacturing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Place and monitor supplier orders whilst optimizing delivery timelines and managing remedial requests
  • Analyze inventory requirements using ERP systems and participate in demand forecasting and planning to balance stock levels
  • Manage precious metals procurement specifically, including needs calculation, order placement, receipt verification, and consumption control
  • Conduct inventory audits and participate in physical stocktakes
  • Monitor logistics performance, handle delivery delays, resolve non-conformities and disputes with suppliers
  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Development teams to anticipate needs, prevent stockouts, and manage operational anomalies

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat +2 to +5 qualification in Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain
  • Proven experience in a similar procurement or supply chain role (including apprenticeship or work-study placements)
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or equivalent)
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Operational English fluency for written communication with international suppliers
