Beyrand (Hermès) seeks Supply Chain Procurement Coordinator (maternity cover) at Saint-Just-le-Martel. Fixed-term, full-time role managing inventory, orders, and supplier logistics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Place and track supplier orders to ensure product availability whilst optimizing stock levels
- Analyze requirements via ERP systems and manage planning forecasts
- Manage precious metals procurement: calculate needs, process orders, oversee receipt and monitor consumption
- Participate in physical inventory counts and reconciliations
- Monitor delivery timelines, manage outstanding orders, and resolve logistics disputes including delays and non-conformities
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Development departments to anticipate needs, prevent stockouts, and address operational contingencies
Qualifications
- Bac+2 to Bac+5 qualification in Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel competency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex analytics)
- Operational English proficiency for external supplier communications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Autonomous yet collaborative working style

First successful experience in a similar Supply Chain or Procurement role (including apprenticeships or internships)
Education
Bac+2 to Bac+5 qualification in Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain
