Hermès supply chain procurement intern in Pantin (6 months). Support destock operations, procurement analysis, and supplier coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support procurement and product destock operation processes, including stock eligibility analysis and product order triggering for sales events
  • Track deliveries and manage disputes; communicate procurement status to logistics and exceptional sales teams
  • Participate in supplier and partner engagement meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including handicraft divisions, central stock facilities, and retail distribution networks
  • Prepare meeting documentation, record minutes, and contribute to action plans arising from stakeholder reviews
  • Assist in deploying new performance monitoring dashboards and systems to enhance operational control
  • Document and map supply chain flows; compile technical documentation and logistics specifications
  • Support physical and digital sales operations organized by the NCP division, including Palais des Congrès and employee sales events

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or business administration with a supply chain specialization
  • Strong interest in logistics processes and artisanal craftsmanship traditions
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
  • Fluent spoken and written French and English
