Hermès — Bobigny: Supply Chain Process Optimization Intern. Six‑month full‑time internship starting Sept 2026 supporting Process & Continuous Improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Process & Continuous Improvement Project Lead in initiatives to enhance downstream supply chain and after‑sales flows.
- Analyse current cross‑functional practices to identify opportunities for simplification and efficiency gains.
- Design and implement solutions to eliminate low‑value manual tasks and free time for higher‑impact activities.
- Map operational processes end‑to‑end and produce clear, up‑to‑date documentation accessible to stakeholders.
- Contribute to improvements in service quality and store satisfaction through targeted process changes.
- Prepare and help animate governance forums (project committees, steering committees) and project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Master’s level (Bac+4/5) engineering degree, ideally with a supply chain orientation.
- Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies and process mapping techniques.
- Hands‑on familiarity with Microsoft Excel and the Windows environment; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and functional aptitude with a pronounced interest in information systems and flow management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders (operations, IT, commercial teams, stores).
- Rigour, organisation, rapid learning capacity and a willingness to accompany teams through change.

Experience
Internship position; previous internships or project experience in supply chain, operational excellence or process improvement are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) in engineering or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain or Operations.
