Hermès seeks a Supply Chain Planning Manager in Pantin, France to lead S&OP transformation and medium-long-term planning within Bijouterie Fantaisie.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and animate the S&OP (PIC) process, managing production capacity components and medium-long-term planning activities
  • Develop three-year volume projections with manufacturing partners in coordination with forecasting teams
  • Conduct capacity-to-load analysis with suppliers and identify variance resolutions
  • Pilot internal supplier Master Demand Schedules (PDP) and manage permanently stocked inventory planning cycles
  • Consolidate production landing and budget exercise forecasts; develop simulation capabilities for load-capacity scenarios, volume assumptions, and supplier disruption impacts
  • Define, construct, and animate performance indicators for the business unit
  • Contribute to Anaplan deployment design and rollout for the medium-long-term planning scope
  • Co-write target planning and procurement processes for ERP migration and participate in cross-functional process structuring
  • Lead Power BI dashboard development for consolidated planning visibility
  • Create synergies across Fashion Accessories trades (Bijouterie Fantaisie, Belts, Silk, Textiles, Hats, Gloves)
  • Work closely with Production Manager to synchronize medium and short-term planning visions and provide backup coverage

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree with Supply Chain specialization
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in planning roles within industrial environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in S&OP (PIC) and Master Demand Schedule (PDP) process governance
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with planning tools (Anaplan preferred) and Power BI
  • Working knowledge of ERP concepts and industrial management processes
  • Strong data literacy: ability to collect, structure, and transform data into decision support
  • Analytical mindset combined with synthesis and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and federate diverse stakeholders
