Role & Responsibilities
- Define and manage detailed production plans for each manufacturing partner, integrating collection milestones (prototypes, samples, technical dossiers) to secure on‑time market delivery.
- Coordinate and animate weekly and monthly routines with internal teams (development, industrialisation, quality, purchasing) and external manufacturers to align on delivery schedules.
- Monitor production progress, analyse advances and delays, and deploy corrective action plans to restore timelines and meet service objectives.
- Track and drive supply‑chain performance metrics (service rate, capacity saturation, delivery lead time, cancellation rates) for the footwear perimeter.
- Lead and act as key user in Supply Chain transformation projects (APS/planning, supplier portal, traceability) and upstream ERP rollouts; support change management and user adoption.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes and systems; benchmark best practices from other métiers and external peers.
- Serve as the operational liaison between Development, Industrialisation, Quality, Purchasing and other supply‑chain teams to ensure cross‑functional alignment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (bac +5) from an engineering or business school with demonstrated supply‑chain expertise.
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in supply chain, ideally with exposure to production sites and/or central functions within a transformation context.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation projects and planning transformations; prior exposure to Anaplan is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical capacity, project management skills and demonstrated ability to drive pragmatic continuous improvement on the shop‑floor and in central processes.
- Leadership, assertiveness and excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills; autonomy, reactivity and strong stakeholder management.
- Sensitivity to artisanal craftsmanship and the ability to integrate the specificities of luxury fashion production; Italian language skills are a plus.

Minimum 3 years in supply chain roles, with hands‑on experience at production sites and/or central planning functions. Demonstrated involvement in supply‑chain transformation and ERP/Anaplan projects, including key‑user responsibilities and change management.
Education
Master’s degree (bac +5) from an engineering or business school with specialization or strong coursework in Supply Chain/Operations.
