Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement end‑to‑end supply chain processes for Packaging & Print, ensuring service quality for Hermès métiers, central logistics and retail network.
- Coordinate consolidation of requirements across production sites, logistics hubs and retail, and translate these into robust demand forecasts and medium‑term supply plans.
- Own production planning, scheduling and procurement of packaging and printed materials; supervise supplier production, capacity allocations and delivery performance.
- Act as ERP business coordinator: lead modelling of current and target processes, contribute to design, UAT and operational deployment phases of the ERP project.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across forecasting, planning, inventory and supplier orchestration to optimise operational efficiency and costs.
- Maintain operational KPIs, analyse activity results and report to senior management; initiate corrective action plans when necessary.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders (Development, Purchasing, Logistics, HDTI) and be the primary operational contact for Group projects.
- Lead and develop a team of approximately eight people (including three direct reports), providing day‑to‑day support and performance management.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school with a specialization in supply chain.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in supply chain functions (forecasting, planning, procurement), with demonstrable line management responsibility.
- Proven experience participating in or leading ERP implementation projects (business referent, UAT, deployment).
- Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities; able to co‑define strategy and translate into operational roadmaps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and professional proficiency in English.

Experience
At least 10 years of progressive supply chain experience covering forecasting, planning, production scheduling and procurement, including significant people management and ideally prior involvement in an ERP implementation.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) — engineering school or business school with a specialization in supply chain
