Supply Chain Manager role at Petit h, Pantin. Lead procurement, inventory, and team of 4 in luxury materials supply.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a team of four professionals comprising three stock and procurement coordinators and one materials and color coordinator
- Drive material sourcing strategy (leather, textiles, metal components, crystal) through close collaboration with all design and craft departments; animate the supplier community and communicate specifications, regulatory requirements, IT protocols, and transfer pricing
- Establish cadence and scheduling for material preparation to meet production demand through coordination with external production managers and internal workshop heads
- Maintain accurate physical and digital inventory records in accordance with procedures, working with data managers and financial controls
- Support corporate social responsibility initiatives including material donation, recycling programs, and waste management
- Organize regular physical inventories with the finance team and ensure real-time accuracy of system records
- Ensure materials remain visible and easily accessible to artists and production teams; optimize warehouse space and remote storage arrangements
- Develop and implement innovative supply chain flows to enhance operational efficiency and material availability
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in management, engineering, or equivalent university-level qualification
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in roles developing both operational excellence and project management capabilities
- Demonstrated ERP proficiency, particularly M3, along with advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
- Strong team leadership experience with proven ability to develop and mentor staff
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with diverse stakeholder groups
- Collaborative mindset with demonstrated capacity to function effectively in cross-functional environments

Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement, or related operations roles, with demonstrated capability in both operational excellence and project delivery. Management experience is valued.
Education
Master's degree (Bac +5) from a business school, engineering program, or equivalent university-level qualification.
