Supply Chain Manager, Bespoke Tailoring – Full-time position in Pantin, France. Lead procurement and production operations for luxury custom menswear.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term supply chain strategy for bespoke production operations, identifying capacity and risk mitigation opportunities across internal and external manufacturing partners
  • Negotiate manufacturing capacity agreements with both internal facilities and external contractors in collaboration with fashion, menswear, and womenswear divisions
  • Establish production planning and lead the Industrial and Commercial Planning (PIC) process to align supply capacity with demand forecasts
  • Define medium-term allocation of production capacity across partners, ensuring load-balancing and optimal resource utilization
  • Oversee purchase calendar planning to maintain appropriate inventory levels and meet delivery commitments
  • Monitor order fulfillment by the Order Coordination team, ensuring adherence to lead times and delivery schedules
  • Track and manage weekly delivery metrics across all product categories
  • Identify and escalate alerts, urgent orders, and critical path items to ensure continuous workflow efficiency
  • Formalize and structure manufacturing processes with each production partner to drive operational consistency
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards
  • Project and track billing performance against contracted volumes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and action plan execution
  • Conduct and participate in semi-annual business reviews with manufacturing partners
  • Collaborate with business intelligence and group IT systems teams on the implementation of planning management tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration with supply chain specialization (or equivalent Master's level qualification)
  • Minimum 7 years of supply chain management experience in a manufacturing or transformation environment
  • Proficiency with Advanced Planning Systems (APS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and business intelligence tools (Power BI or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated analytical and synthesis capabilities with strong operational oversight experience
  • Ability to navigate the specific requirements and agility of the fashion and luxury menswear sectors
  • Client-focused mindset and ability to manage competing priorities and resource allocation
  • Experience working effectively in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and pragmatic problem-solving approach
  • High level of autonomy, responsiveness, and interpersonal skills
