Role & Responsibilities

  • Track and follow pre-launch progress with tanneries and suppliers for prescribed leathers and textiles, including proactive follow-ups for missing planning or delivery information.
  • Collect material consumption figures from price sheets and investigate discrepancies between received purchase orders and total material needs with manufacturers.
  • Coordinate with production leads to monitor supply alerts and assess their impact on production schedules.
  • Monitor deliveries of textile components across the collection and manage supplier availability dates and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with development teams to validate materials and maintain up-to-date delivery timetables.
  • Identify surplus component stocks at manufacturers, coordinate repatriation with the internal stock manager and update inventories for reuse in future collections.
  • Contribute to end-of-season supplier material stock tracking and invoicing processes, and propose improvements to stock-tracking data quality.
  • Oversee logistics coordination for repatriated metal parts with the logistics partner and manage delivery anomalies in liaison with the warehouse.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school or university program with a specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent (Bac+4 in césure or Bac+5 final-year student).
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organisational aptitude and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented with a collaborative mindset for cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to interact effectively with suppliers, internal teams and logistics partners.
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power Query or Power BI is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Enrolled student with academic exposure to supply chain or logistics processes; prior internship experience in procurement, production planning or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory. The position is a 6-month, full-time internship starting September 2026, based in Pantin and reporting to a supply coordinator within the Chaussure division.

Currently pursuing a Bac+4/Bac+5 (undergraduate or master-level) degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Engineering.
